Customers love personal phrases. However, it is time-consuming to copy the name and formulate the appropriate gendering every time.
The module automatically adds the correct salutation after opening the ticket. The gender of the customer is also taken into account (optionally), so that the customer is always greeted correctly. Working with various languages is no problem either, you can create greetings in different languages at the administration page of the module.
The correct name and the necessary salutation will always be inserted correctly - if another contact responds to the ticket, the salutation will be automatically changed to the salutation for the contact. If in the next reply the account owner replies again, the greeting will change as well. This ensures that you always greet the right person.
In the module settings you can set which factors should be used to detect the customer's language, create different greeting forms in different languages, choose the default greeting language and much more. We have paid a lot of attention to details so that the module can adapt to all conceivable situations and thus provide correct salutations.
