Configurable the way you want it
We have thought a lot about which configuration must be possible in the module to meet every purpose. We have achieved this goal, the module has a wide range of settings to suit any purpose. For example, you can anonymize customers' IPs, exclude certain IPs or RDNS records from tracking. The module can even detect the IP address of WHMCS administrators by itself and exclude them from tracking.
Insights without detours
You can see directly in the customer profile if your customer has read the emails. You can see this in the "Summary" page at "Recent Emails" and also in the Emails tab in the customer profile. The icon, whether a mail was read, is automatically inserted via Javascript, so that no template changes in your admin theme are necessary.
In addition to that, the overview page of the module gives you a great insight into all the details.
Important information about accuracy
Please note that this system - like any other mail tracking system - cannot detect with 100% accuracy whether an email has been opened. If the recipient blocks external content, the module will not be able to detect wether the mail has been opened.
